Hello,
To resolve this issue, please restore the default network settings as follows:
- On the printer control panel, make sure the Wireless light flashes and the power button light is illuminated. If the light is not illuminated, press the power button to get the printer out of sleep mode.
- If the Wireless light does not flash, press and hold down the Wireless buttons (
) and Cancel (
) at the same time for 3 seconds.The Wireless light flashes. Repeat these steps if the Wireless light does not flash.
Then, please reinstall your printer.
