- Have 3 Tricolour but no black, wrong ink been sent?

Hello,
I'm out of black ink and when i look into my account it seems to think i have 2 tricolour and 1 black here thats spare but when I looked i have 3 Tricolour but no black, has the wrong ink been sent? How do i get the black ink as i need it to print something.
