Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I received a message that my latest Instant Ink payment couldn't be processed due to incorrect credit card details. I have not changed my credit card in over a year and Instant Ink payments have gone out as scheduled during this time, so it seemed strange. Upon checking my Instant Ink account I found that the recorded credit card details have been slightly modified. I am loath to update my credit card details including my CVV in case a hacker is just waiting patiently for me to do this so they can get all the details they need! Does anyone know has HP Instant Ink been hacked? I've tried to find contact details to discuss this with HP direct but failed miserably!

Me too, no way of speaking to a real person about important account security! 😞

Hi @KnittingFan, @evolved,

I'd like to help!

We are not been hacked, we have no information compromised.

But if you'd like to know more about account security, please reach out to the HP Instant Ink phone support team (contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
