Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I had one of my printers stop functioning and upgraded, now I have extra ink that I can still use in my other printer at work. Can I pause my ink plan until I have used most of the ink? I have 2-3 sets of each color.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you need information on the instant ink account, I am glad to assist you.

There is no option to pause the instant ink plan.

However, you can remove the instant ink cartridges and use ur regular cartridges so that your monthly page count is not reduced.
