Hi, I enrolled on 28 Oct 2019, have not received the first instant ink cartridges yet.My "Ink Status" page shows that HP shipped my ink, but I can't find any shipping or express information in my "Ink Shippment" page.
I chated with "Virtual Agent" and let it reship the instank ink cartridges.But no help at all!
