Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Unable to access my HP Instant Ink account.   I put in my username and password; it looks like it will go thru and then I get a message that SOMETHING WENT WRONG and To Try Again later....   Many attempts later... here I am.

To assist you better, are you using the HP smart app to login to Instant Ink account or are you on the HP Instant Ink website?

 

The Instant Ink server would not be responding. Try after a couple of hours. If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
