Hello I am having a hard time recovering my claim code

Hi @Kita417_83

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Claim Code.

To better assist you - Are you trying to re-generate a new claim code? If yes, we need to remove the web-services and re-enabled them -

To remove Web Services -

1. From the printer control panel display, touch ( ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings).

2. Touch Remove Web Services.

Reboot the router and the printer.

To enable the Web Services -

1. From the Home screen, touch the ( ePrint ) icon.
2. Accept the Terms of Use, and then follow the onscreen instructions to enable Web Services.
3. Print the ePrint information page, and then follow the instructions on the page to sign up for an ePrint account.

You may also refer to step# 1 to 3 from this document

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
