Hello, I would like to change plan to lower page volume effective today,  3/22/2020, due to inactivity and due to corona virus , I’m not able to work at all so no money is coming in to pay bills. Your policy says that you will continue to charge me for 1 more month in April for $14.99 is not acceptable . If you don’t make it fair , I’ll be forced to stop your services . Thank you for your immediate attention.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you would like to downgrade the Instant Ink plan. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Kindly refer to this document o know how to downgrade the plan.

 

Note: If you are downgrading your plan, your plan automatically changes on the first day of the next billing cycle. When you downgrade your account, your monthly rollover maximum decreases and any rollover pages in excess of your new maximum are forfeited.
