Is anyone else having issues with instant ink sending them the wrong ink? I got four cartridges of the wrong ink and as a replacement they sent me one tricolor. Obviously that won't work. Am I the only one having issues?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Do you get any errors or the ink cartridges does not fit in the printer?

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, as you have already received 3 replacements and it still does not work, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support

I received four cartridges that don't work, they don't even fit in the printer.. They replaced it with one that I can't even tell if it works because they only sent the one tricolor so I can't even test it out
