Help Help - quickly please.
Old printer died. Bought a new one and switched it over on my account no problem.
Printer came with ink which lasted a grand total of 28 pages. As I'm working from home, I need to print. Had no choice but to buy ink from the store while waiting for instant ink to arrive.
Changed the colour as it had run out for a shop bought cartridge as couldn't wait for HP delivery.
In doing this, it has cancelled my colour cartridge from the subscription service according the the notification received on my printer.
Received ink shipment today for just a black cartridge,
I don't need black I need colour. Looks like I will no longer be able to get colour on my subscription,
Help - how can I sort this out????
