Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

My black ink cartridge I got from instant ink subscription is full, but has major printing issues. It prints with huge white streaks through text and photos. I have tried going through the app to clean the cartridges and aligning the printer, but nothing is fixing it. The color cartridge works great. Because the ink is full, I can’t request another black cartridge through my subscription. Is there anyway I can just request new cartridges? Would that fix the problem?

HP Recommended

I figured out how to order more ink through the virtual assistant. Hopefully that clears up any issues I have
