Yes, you can definitely manage the paper shipment on your own. Please follow the steps below:
Log in to your HP Instant Ink account.
Click on the Instant Ink tab.
Select Update Plan.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you’ll see an option labeled "Remove the paper subscription" – click on it to stop paper deliveries.
