I just want HP to send me a bloody cartridge for the money I've been paying. My account went suspended because my credit card expired. My son fixed that and bought me a cartridge from Staples. That has long since run out. I have no black ink and all HP says is "We can't tell how much ink you have so we will charge you and send you no ink." This is incredibly unacceptable. So my only option is to cancel the service and go back to buying cartridges in the store because that's the only place that seems to be willing sell me HP cartridges.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.do not have the
Since you have retail cartridges installed the printer cannot report your ink status to the Instant Ink servers. If you speak with an agent they should be able to get things settled and schedule a shipment.
