I have been enrolled in the Instant Ink program successfully for a couple of years for a HP4520 printer. It uses a black cartridge marked 63/302 65/304. When I inserted my latest replacement cartridge (2024/08/21 5203554072508442) the printer indicated "Incompatible Cartridge The indicated cartridges are not intended for this printer". The suggested fixes on line have not solved problem. The previous cartridge that was low on ink still installs with no error message. I believe I have a defective cartridge. How can I get a replacement cartridge?
