Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
printer and printing diagnose tools "thinks" fuel of the color cartridge is good enough and instant ink tells me next cartridge will be shipped "in about 2 months". Unfortunately the fuel of magenta is not present at all. It is empty and so printing colored pages is pretty senseless with no red in it.
I was not able to find any way of just saying "I need the new cartridge now - not in 2 months" because I won't wait prinitng colored pages for 2 months and if I do so, your instant ink system will keep telling me, there is enough color ink into the cartridge and will postpone shipment of new cartrigde.
Anyway: How to get a new cartridge for magenta, yellow and cyan from instant ink asap? And yes I did everytring from cleaning printing headers to print test page to adjust headers and everything posible. All other colors are fine but not red...
