Last month I added a new officejet pro 9018e printer to my account, at the same time I removed the no longer working officejet 9012 printer from the registered account and canceled the instant ink service. But now, I can't log into instant ink to see the ink status of the new 9018 printer, because the front page keeps being overwritten by the old 9012, and I can't choose another printer. Hope to be able to help thank you. In addition, how does 9018e set @hp.com's epinter to print the email address? I don't have this option in my printer account settings.
