HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer

All I want to do is inform HP the printer is dead, and please stop billing me for ink ( that was anything but instant)?

How do I do that?

I tried changing the instant ink plan and hey, guess what?  It throws me out saying an activity took too long.  I very inconvenient

 

I now have to pay £21 to speak to a human to tell them to cancel everything.
