The internet connection here is so slow it ever connects to HP instant ink so I’ve been charged the minimum each month instead. How can I get new ink when it won’t connect

If your Internet service is consistently slow due to type location or type of service you can get,
Instant Ink might not be an ideal fit for your situation.
If the printer cannot connect to the service, it will not know anything about what is going on.
Assumptions made by the service are usually not useful in the context of sending ink.
The "need ink" issue can certainly be sorted - you can get help.
