I have tried every thing given by HP to cancel my Instant Ink account. I'm purchasing a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e. I can't even find where I can replace my old printer with the new. If I'm missing something, please tell me. If you can help, please give me explicit instructions. Thanks, John
