Printer Envy 6000 series. I have been charged a monthly fee for two years and have only received one ink shipment when I first signed up for the free service. I want to know how to cancel my account. Although my Printer Information Page says my printer is registered on HPConnected and enrolled in Instantink when I try to sign in I get the message that my printer is not eligible for instant ink and that there is no printer listed on my account. Needless to say this has been frustrating,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When you sign up for an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use. Ink cartridges are automatically shipped out when the ink cartridges are low on ink.
There is no charge for ink cartridges.
The pages which you have not printed will get accumulated as rollover pages. These rollover pages can be used for printing after you finish printing the regular pages allocated for that month.
HP monitors the ink levels only when your printer is connected to the Internet and Web Services are turned on. Hence, you need to keep the printer connected to internet to receive ink regularly before they are empty.
Replacement ink cartridges are automatically shipped when your ink cartridges have enough ink to print twice the number of pages included in your monthly plan. You do not receive replacement ink cartridges every month, but they should arrive before you run out of ink.
You may check the instant ink terms and conditions from the link: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/terms
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
