I am unable to find out if my Instant Ink subscription has been cancelled.  Instant Ink account does not let me log in.

I want to enroll in Instant Ink which is quite easy.  I live in Canada but the form that opens up always just has US States listed where I want to put my shipping address.  Can't seem to ever have one where I can click on a Canadian province.  Why?
