Hi @1BigAl,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To find the number of copies you have left for the month on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One printer, you can usually check this information through the HP Smart app or the printer's embedded web server (EWS). Here's how you can do it:

HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Select your printer from the list of available devices.
  • Look for an option like "Supply Levels" or "Printer Status" in the app. This should display the remaining copy count for the month.

Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • Open a web browser on a computer or mobile device connected to the same network as your printer.
  • Enter the printer's IP address in the address bar. You can find the printer's IP address by printing a network configuration page from the printer.
  • In the EWS, navigate to the "Supplies" or "Printer Status" section. This should display the remaining copy count for the month.

If these steps don't work, refer to your printer's manual
