Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

If you received an offer along with the printer of the 3 months free ink from HP Instant Ink, the offer can be applied once you pick a plan and enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

Kindly refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

If you already enrolled the printer and did not receive the free months, kindly send an image of the offer in your next post for further assistance.
