Hey. I have been trying to get instant ink for a long time. I have spoken to customer service twice. They said they sent my ink once but I did not receive it anywhere that I received mail. After the second call, I told them I was leaving at the end of the week for 2 months and that it had to arrive before then or not send it. They said they were sending it 2-day Express through FedEx because I cannot receive USPS deliveries at my house. I found out later that it was being sent DHL a service that uses usps, which I specifically told them would not work. Furthermore. It has been a week and I am now gone and it still is sitting in another state unshipped. I don't know what to do. I have no ink and have not been able to use my printer since I bought it. I am sick and tired of dealing with HP and I cannot find any way to reach them that doesn't involve spending a bunch of time on the phone. Does anyone have an email address that works? I have a case number but don't know what to do with it. I am no longer at my house and the shipment that has not yet been sent but supposedly will be. But it will not arrive at my house because they are sending it through usps. The whole thing is ridiculous. This is the second time I've tried to get ink, in addition to many hassles with my printer. I am just so frustrated, folks, and I don't know how to get HP to properly respond. I shouldn't have to waste hours with customer service because they can't do their job properly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
