The black instant ink cartridge is defective. I tried cleaning it up as instructed, but it still doesn't work. I also tried to contact HP live support, but it's not possible to talk to anyone - I am re-directed to the virtual agent to get a case # before I'll be allowed to talk to a live support agent. I tried that too, but I am not able to get a case # via the virtual agent. The printer is only a few months old, still in warranty.
How do I get a replacement instant ink black cartridge?
