I received a bad black cartridge. I did all the troubleshooting. I just want a replacement. I opened a case 4 days ago with no word. I started a chat which wasn't answered for over two hours, by which time I wasn't at the computer any more so they closed it. I can't print at all. Does anyone know if there's any way to get help from support?
