Product: Samsung Galaxy S9+
Operating System: Other

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Android version 10 and a HP Envy 4502, all-in-one.  

 

HP should provide an easy way to get to your print totals and monthly charges.   Why is there no way to find this information?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink query.

 

You need to Sign-in to your HP Instant Ink account page to see how many plan pages, rollover pages, and additional pages you have printed. This cannot be accessed from the HP Smart app.

I have the same question here. signed in to hp instant ink website and it doesn't appear anywhere on it just it shows to sign up but im allready signed up for their free plan. using it as normal and paying for extra pages but cant check details just my account info.
