How do I get my 2 free months?

HP Recommended

I have the same issue. I signed up through the app while setting up the printer, but was not offered the two months. Have now completed the enrolment as your virtual chat agent said the trial would be activated after enrolment. It hasn’t been. What now?

I was able to get this resolved via live chat. 

I do think the process should be documented better, including actual instructions with the printer.
