How do i start my 7 month free trial.

Hi , i bought a printer last week and it came with a 7 month free trial but i cant see any code anywhere, i thought it might just start the trial when i signed up, but it already says ive gone over 15 pages and have a charge on my next bill can someone help me before my 7 day window to activate it ends.
