How do you delete a printer thats been recycled for past 3 m0nths and it is still on my inst ink acc

I RECYCLED A PRINTER AND INSTA INK STILL HAS IT ON MY ACCOUNT.  INSTA INK NEEDS TO TAKE OFF THAT PRINTER OFF , CASE ID [Personal Information Removed]ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE IT BEEN RECYCLED. I TRYED EVERYTHING TO GET HOLD OF INST INK ON MY COMPUTER AND NO BODY CAN HELP . HELP ME GET THIS PRINTER OFF MY ACCOUNT.

You can cancel the Instant Ink account. To delete the printer from the account you will have to reach out to the Instant Ink support team.
