We have a customer that complain about the amount of printing on one black ink patron.
 
He have printet about 50 sheets and the black patron is already empty. Can that be right?

It is possible if he had printer photos. Page yield for setup ( the one that came with the new printer in the box) is 200 pages at 5% coverage.

 

The higher the coverage is the lower page count can be printed. For example, if you print photos with 50% coverage you can print 20 pages to empty black ink cartridge.

The printer is from 2.5.19.  and in all he have used 4 ink cartridge fore about 100 sheets, on 1 cartridge it can printe 200 sheets, reference the hp home oage. There have being used original ink. hp number 303, black and color
