The contract for your Instant Ink Subscription explains the cancellation process in detail.

At this writing, see Item #9 Cancellation

 

Reminder:

You do not own the Instant Ink Cartridges - these remain the property of HP and should be returned to HP.

Terms of Contract > Section Cancellation > Item 9k

 

Your Instant Ink Contact information is included near the beginning of your Contract document.
