How to I get a new cartridge from Insta Ink to replace defective cartridge they sent me

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received new cartridges from Insta Ink last week, but the Red cartridge doesn't work. The issue is not with my printer, I don't get any error messages. I removed the cartridge that they sent me and put my old cartridge back and it works fine.

 

Insta Ink cartridge:

HP (M) 902,903, 904, 905 - 2022/09

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
