How to acually contact HP about an expired Printer Cartridge that does not work. "Ink Level middle"

How does one actually contact HP Support - like sending an email.  I have a HP Envy 5020 - the Black Ink Cartridge has expired - but because the "Ink Levels" show high enough I am not a candidate for a new cartrdige under the Instant Ink agreement.

Hi @Damian_9

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?
  • Are you able to print fine?
  • Instant Ink servers will send you a replacement ink cartridge only if the ink levels are low. 
  • It is unusual that an Instant Ink cartridge is expired. Even if the ink cartridge has expired, it will work fine.
