Hi, I am using HP smart account registered from Switzerland. Now I've moved to Belgium and try to subscribe new HP instant link (Offered through purchase) using my Belgium address. However, while I try to change my shipping address, unable to change to Belgium Address. 

 

Could you please support us to way to change my address to new country.

I understand you have issues changing the address on the instant ink account page, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Is your printer connected to the internet all the time?

Try the steps recommended below.

  1. Go to instantink.hpconnected.com (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.

    Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

  2. In the My Account section, click Change Shipping Information, then Edit Shipping Information. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
