My HP Envy 7640 e-All-In-One printer says: "Connect printer to update HP Instant Ink status. Printing will be blocked soon." I clicked the connect button, but it didn't connect for some reason. I left the screen to look this up and it disappeared and went back to the home screen now. I don't want my printer to be blocked. How can I fix this?

I need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account, I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
