I’ve had a defective color cartridge for 2 months. Last time I talked to a virtual agent I was told they’ll be sending another one. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH, now it’s impossible to find any way to contact HP. no numbers and won’t even connect me to an agent. Where  is my ink?! I’m not paying monthly for nothing. Get your **bleep** together before I cancel

Although, here are a few things you may want to know about your HP Instant Ink account page before we get into the details of resolving your concern: Click here for FAQs.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".    

If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly

@Sam8881...Funny how HP manages to HIDE their contact number on a customer's HP Instant Ink account.  Have searched the HP Instant Ink site on our account for Instant Ink and it just takes you from web page to web page without providing a contact number to call right away for help...

I'm having a similar problem. Virtual Agent isn't working. Guess I don't fit in one of her programmed slots. I'!ve had the same ink cartridges for 3 years!  I'm in college again now so need to print more. Trouble is that on my home page it shows my ink is completely full. FOR 3 YEARS !!  ON MY PRINTER IT SHOWS I'm ABOUT OUT OF INK!  So get with it or I'm switching to a better service who actually has a phone number to call!
