How do I get extra ink cartridges sent for my printer? I have upgraded to the Instant Ink business plan. I am a classroom teacher printing resources for my students weekly at home. I need a back up so there is not a lag in resources for my students. I work at a Title 1 school so many of my students do not have a printer at home or reliable technology. Thank you!!

@MrsLindberg Usually, the Instant Ink program would detect if the ink is running low, and before it depletes, you would have replacement ink cartridges to use, the only reason there could be delay's at the moment, is due to the covid-19 pandemic affected areas, that said, if your ink is too low, check this:

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
