@Betty0610, I purchased a new HP DeskJet 2700 printer.
I followed instructions to start my free trial but I don't see anything in My Plan.
Please help.

To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you referring to the free months?

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I purchased a new HP DeskJet 2700 that came with 2 month of free trial,
I followed setup instructions on 123hp.com.
I enrolled in Instant Ink.

I don't see any free months in My Plan.
