Hi apologies if this question has been asked before? How do I remove an instant ink account of a family member who has passed away? I wish to use the printer as it was hardly used and quite newish; I have created an account for Instant Ink etc., however I guess the printer is still linked to my deceased relative's account. Is there any way to fix this, I have the email address that was used to link the printer but unfortunately, I do not know the password? I have done a factory reset but this did not help.

 

Any advice / help appreciated.
