Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I am not finding ways to remove my old printer from my HP Instank Ink plan. How can it be done? I have a new HP printer, it is part of my account but I cannot find a way to remove the old one.

 

I need help.

@AndrePri, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Have you already cancelled the HP Instant Ink account for the old printer? If not, go to Cancelling Your HP Instant Ink Service for detailed steps.

 

If you have cancelled the account, go to the Remove Printer From HP Connected thread for the steps.
