Partner died, I do not have the account info for this printer, got new ink for it and due to the instaink BS I can't use it.  Is there a way to shut off instaink on the printer itself?

I understand you are facing an issue with your partner's Instant ink account. I am really sorry for your loss, I understand you need help to shut off the instant ink service on the printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
