Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
The Instant Ink contract is owned by the original person who sets up the subscription and pays for the service.
You cannot "transfer" the account to a new owner.
Cancel the subscription -- Remember to remove the Instant Ink cartridges and return them to HP.
Install a set of purchased HP ink cartridges into the printer.
