Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are looking for information on how to cancel the instant ink service.

In order for a new person to enroll the same printer, you will have to cancel the account first.

 

Kindly refer to the step "Cancel your account" from this link to cancel your account.

 

Once the account is successfully cancelled. The person who is going to use the printer will have to re-enroll the printer with his details.
