Hp 9015e settings locked after wifi change

I have a platinum instant ink subscription and a 9015e printer. We changed internet service providers and are now unable to update the network settings. The features say locked by the person who set up the account but my username and password do not work. Did HP lock it out? How do I update the network settings?
