Hp Envy 4520 Cartridge Error

Hello,

 

My printer is showing " Remove and reinstall the indicating ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly install. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicating ink cartridge."

 

Steps have been performed:

1. Removed the power cable and restarted.

2.Removed the ink and reinstalled both colored and black.

3. Reset the printer.

 

Can you send me the black and
