I had an Hp 8010 All-in-One printer with Hp Ink enrollment in 2020. I never ever received aANY ink and tried to cancel my subscription. The Obviously Indian customer rep gave me the run around transferring me to another rep so many times, I got frustrated and tried to cancel payments thru my American Express Card. Now I am still being billed and no ink alrhough I have trashed that printer long ago. Talking to the supposed Hp rep again  for another problem, he tried to get me to download an app (anydesk.com)  to access my computer for troubleshooting and I wouldn't do it. I hung up and shortly another rep called back and thought I was someone else and continued the scam only it this time that I had paid $200 dollars and he was trying to help my get it back. He thought I was someone from Oregon. Totally of the chart textbook scam. The only way they got my number was thru the Hp Support website and the virtual agent.. This was 7-2022. I will not trust any contact with Hp Support.
