Hello, 

 

I am unable to select a plan for instant Ink as it keeps showing me UK even though I live in Germany

I have tried to contact support severaly times all to no avail .

 

Can you please advise me what to do about this?

2. Update Country/Region Settings

  • Change Country/Region: If the country is incorrect, try updating it in your account settings. This may be under sections like "Profile," "Account Settings," or "Billing Information."
  • Save Changes: After making any changes, ensure you save them and log out and back in to see if the changes take effect.

3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Clear Cache/Cookies: Sometimes, outdated cache or cookies can cause issues with account settings. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and then try accessing the HP Instant Ink website again.

4. Try a Different Browser or Device

  • Switch Browsers: Use a different web browser or device to access your HP Instant Ink account. This can sometimes bypass issues related to browser-specific problems.
