Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have gotten this error intermittently since I installed the HP provided cartridges. It always points to the yellow cartridge. It has gotten worse lately. I now get the error almost every time I try to print anything. I have tried all the fixes from the HP Support pages. Nothing seems to work. I tried to update the firmware but the printer showed me that because I am enrolled in HP Instant Ink, the firmware updates are blocked. I tried to order new cartridges but they are not depleted so I was blocked there as well. The estimated ink levels show about 25% left in the cartridges. I need help with this issue as the printer is almost useless at this point.
