Hi there

 

I have bought a printer from somebody (whom I do not have contact with) it is still registered to them and so I am unable to re-register/enrol to myself as the current owner. I would have no idea what their details were in order to unregister and reinstate myself as the new owner of the printer  - this means I am now with a printer that is of no use - could you help me to resolve this?
